Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed on Sundays and major holidays will be shipped out the next business day. I use USPS to ship orders, and they claim it takes 2-5 days to deliver packages. Packages sent to Hawaii and Alaska may have longer transit times.
Shipping times are automatically estimated at checkout and orders are not guaranteed to arrive exactly on the estimated date. Your items may arrive after the estimated date. Holidays may cause further delays in shipping. I appreciate your business and will strive to get orders to you in a timely manner.

Q: What is the deadline for Christmas orders?
A: December 15th. Orders placed on or before that date should make it in time. Orders placed after Dec.15th may arrive after the holiday.
If your order needs to be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, I suggest ordering on or before Dec.10th.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, I do not allow cancellations. However, if you receive your order and decide you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions listed in my return policy. Please return items in their original condition.

Q: My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
A: Please reach out to me immediately if there is any problem with your order. I will then let you know the steps that need to be taken to receive a full refund or replacement, whichever you choose. Please remember that any refund offered will be sent back through to your original method of payment.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: I am only able to accept orders from the United States at this time. I am currently working to accept international orders in the future.
