Q: How are your shipping rates calculated?
A: My shipping rates are dependent on the weight of the product, the location the order is being shipped to, and the size and weight of the package I use to fulfill orders.

Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on when an order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be shipped out the next business day. For most orders, I use USPS Ground Advantage, which estimates delivery between 2-5 business days from the date the package is shipped. Packages going to Hawaii or Alaska may need more time in transit.

Q: Why is my order coming in multiple shipments?
A: If items are shown to arrive in multiple shipments, then those items are shipped from different locations. Most items are shipped from my shop. However, I do use print on demand services to fulfill apparel orders. This allows me to offer a variety of sizes and colors that I could not offer without a print on demand service.
Shipping times for print on demand items can vary. Orders containing multiple print on demand items may require more days in production. Production usually takes 2-3 days. With the shipping time added, you can expect to receive your order within 8-10 business days.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, I do not allow cancellations.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: I do! Please see my return policy for more information about returning items.
Please Note: Clearance and discontinued items cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as either "Clearance" or "Discontinued" at the time of purchase.
